mission

Mission Statement
Our mission is to increase the number of women involved in local philanthropy, raise awareness of the unmet needs of nonprofits in Sonoma Valley, inspire Members to become more involved with these charities and make an impact on the long-term sustainability of our nonprofit community.

By December of this year, our goal is to enlist 200 Members through a variety of outreach programs, including membership receptions.

Impact100 Sonoma was founded by Christine Dohrmann and Annette Lomont in June of 2009.  As co-founders, Christine and Annette were inspired by the projects funded by other Impact100 groups around the country.  Today, there are 14 Impact100 giving circles around the country.

The women of our community are modeling the way of the future with their new Impact 100 group. By joining together they are showing by example the strength and good work that results from cooperation and unity.  The opportunity to educate 100+ engaged women is high octane public relations!”  Bob Rice, former Director of Community Relations, Sonoma Valley Hospital.
