How to Apply and Forms

Please review the application process carefully to fully understand how our grant process works and which forms nonprofits must complete by the deadlines indicated. Grant proposals are not accepted outside of the annual review process described in the Grant Application and Selection Process.


The remaining forms required to complete the 2016 application cycle will be available this fall.  For specific deadlines and due dates, click HERE.

This year, the basic information about your organization can be completed online, saved while being worked on, and submitted when the attachments are complete.  Proposal narratives, budget narratives, budgets, Collaborator/Partner Forms, and all financial documents must be saved in Word or Excel and submitted as individual PDFs.
