Sonoma Overnight Support Story in the Press Democrat

Congratulations to Sonoma Overnight Support for a wonderful article in the Press Democrat.

The article shares several personal stories about those who have found shelter at The Haven, “where  nonresident homeless can take showers, do laundry, use a computer or telephone, eat a meal, find counseling and referrals, get a bus pass, use an address to receive mail and escape inclement weather. More than 340 people dropped in last year, utilizing 4,911 different services.”

SOS received a $15,000 Community Grant from Impact100 Sonoma in 2014 to expand services to include the outreach drop-in program at The Haven. This article provides an excellent summary of the impact of that grant.
